This guide is for your first contact with Android automation. Zero technical background needed — follow along and the AI will operate your phone for you. Using AnsClaw as the example, it's just three steps.
Step one: download and install
Open the Download page on the website and click "Download Installer". The installer prepares every component for you automatically — no environment setup by hand, just follow the wizard and click Next.
Once installed, open the app and you'll see a clean main window.
Step two: connect your phone
Plug your phone into the PC with a data cable, or enable wireless connection on the phone so the PC can see your device. On first connect, the phone may show an authorization prompt — tap Allow.
Once connected, the main window lists your devices. This one, that one — all in one place.
Step three: give a command like chatting
Type what you want in natural language in the input box, for example:
- "Turn on Do Not Disturb."
- "Clear the background apps."
- "Open settings and increase the font size."
The AI understands, executes the steps on your device, and reports the result.
Pro tip: "record once, automate forever"
For repetitive tasks, demonstrate it once. From then on, one sentence replays the whole flow automatically; if something goes wrong mid-way, the AI learns to fix itself. Those chores stop eating your time for good.
If something goes wrong
- Can't connect? Try another cable, or switch to wireless; make sure the phone is unlocked and the authorization was allowed.
- The AI did it wrong? Just describe it again with a clearer goal; or record it as an automation and replay next time.
- Still stuck? The FAQ page has more answers, and you can reach us on the Contact page.
